Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, therefore you are able to cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to your scheduled booking date for a refund. We are unable to refund if you cancel less than 14 days before, however you can reschedule and we will apply your payment to another date (subject to availability). We cannot accept any cancellations on bespoke food orders and this will be deducted prior to any refund issued.
