Q: What areas do you cover?  

A: We cover within a 10-mile radius of Bromley, Kent. If you are slightly further away, please contact us, as we can occasionally accommodate if you are located just outside this radius. If you are located within the congestion charge zone, this fee will be added to your invoice. Subject to agreement, we can also do setups in unique locations such as on a beach, forests, and lakes. Please note, there is a 0.79p per mile charge for locations outside the 10-mile radius unless otherwise agreed. 

 

Q: Where can I see examples of your picnic setups?

Q: How can I book?

A: You can enquire with us via any of our social media channels. The fastest way to secure your booking is via our Booking Request Form located here. We will always confirm bookings via email. We are also available on WhatsApp for any last minute questions.

 

Q: How long is my picnic experience?

A: Relax and enjoy your picnic with a 2-hour booking window. Additional time is available for a flat fee of £50 per extra hour, payable in advance. We do not do 1/2 hour increments.

 

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?

A: Yes

  • £100 deposit for the Classic and Luxury Experiences.

  • £150 deposit for the Deluxe Experience.

  • Bookings over 10 guests: £150 deposit for Classic and Luxury Experiences.

  • Bookings over 10 guests: £200 deposit for the Deluxe Experience. ​

The relevant deposit information will be detailed in your contract agreement and held to secure your chosen date and as a security deposit. Your deposit will be refunded to you when we have packed up your picnic and confirmed that everything has been returned in their original, undamaged condition. We process all refunds within 24 hours of your event end time, however please allow 3-5 working days depending on your bank.

Q: Are there any other fees I should know about?

A: Yes. There is a 10% service fee for bookings of 6+ guests, where food is provided. We may agree to provide services outside our usual offerings, for which an agreed fee will be charged.

 

Q: Do you include food and beverages?

A: Yes. Food is included with our Luxury Elegance and Deluxe Elegance Experiences. Specific foods (desserts, afternoon tea, breakfast baskets etc) are available on request. All our packages come with complimentary still or sparkling water. Our Luxury Elegance and Deluxe Elegance Experiences include a complimentary bottle of wine per booking. Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your flexibility and understand that plans can change. As such, we offer the following cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your booking at least 14 days prior to your scheduled booking date, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your scheduled booking date, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you can reschedule, and we will apply your payment to another date (subject to availability).

  • Please note that bespoke food orders are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable in all instances.

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation policy and agree to its terms.

 

Q: I want to bring extra people along, how much is it?

A: We have a flat fee of £10 per additional guest. Some of our experiences already include additional guests at no extra fee. Have a look at our add-ons for all our extras.

 

Q: What if I am late for my booking?

A: Your total booking window is 2 hours, we will wait for your arrival to ensure you are happy with the setup. If you have not purchased additional time, your booking will end at the agreed time. If you think you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to pack up your picnic if you are more than 30 minutes late and have not informed us, in this instance you will not be entitled to a refund or free reschedule.

 

Q: What is your policy for inclement weather?

A: We actively monitor weather conditions for all our outdoor bookings, we will contact you 48 hours before your booking if the weather is predicted to be rain. You have the option to have an indoor set up at your back-up location if suitable, or reschedule to another date (subject to availability). Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for adverse weather, as this is beyond our control. If you have a garden space, hire our Luxury Bubble Tent and let the picnic continue!!

 

Q: How far in advance do I need to book?

A: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. We take bookings up to 16 months in advance. We can sometimes accommodate bookings at short notice (minimum 48 hours), so get in touch today!
